Who are we
Well Polished started out as a part-time business, when the company’s founder – Sandra Venables – saw a gap in the market. She wanted to create an introductory cleaning agency that offered quality cleaners with great customer care. Initially based on the Wirral, the demand for services was overwhelming and Sandra soon found herself inundated with enquiries – many outside of her area! The business was so successful it even won an award for its remarkably fast growth. It was at this point that Michael and Jeanette became involved, and invested their expertise into franchising the business, which enabled Well Polished to offer its five star services across the country.

The Well Polished team have a wealth of experience between them, with backgrounds in customer service, marketing, recruitment and business management. Over the past 10 years, their cumulative skill sets have adapted, expanded and improved the Well Polished franchise opportunity - winning an award in 2018 for the best 'Business to Consumer’ franchise in the UK. With a clear focus on franchise satisfaction, together the Well Polished team have helped 70+ franchisees build successful and profitable businesses. The family feel of the operation envelopes the entire network and ensures the continued motivation, commitment and passion of the whole team. Rest assured, you will be in safe hands.
